[Arduino Compass] Craig, Christian, Jodi, and Nile in Collaboration with ECE Students

Writer's picture: Nile DwyerNile Dwyer

This was an exercise in visualization of magnetic data using Arduino. Using a magnetometer and code provided by students from NJIT ECE department, a small compass was created. The code uses measurements of the magnetic field from the magnetometer to determine its orientation. The LEDs on the breadboard then visualize this by illuminating the LED indicating the corresponding direction.

Only the magnetometer used in this exercise is depicted
